Human Resources Program Developer & Coordinator - PhiferVision

Phifer Inc. currently has an opening in our Tuscaloosa office for a PhiferVision Program Developer & Coordinator in Human Resources.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the drive and ability to work independently.  They will be a creative individual with strong interpersonal skills. The idea candidate will have the ability to develop, align, implement and manage internal program plans, strategies, and processes.  This individual must be detailed oriented with the ability to develop and implement long range plans through collaboration across many disciplines.   

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in business, marketing, advertising, management information systems, or closely related field
Excellent Communications – Verbal and written
Previous experience in human resources, marketing, training, corporate development or closely related fields of work – 5+ years preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 at an intermediate level
Preferred Certifications:  SHRM/HRCI/Project Management/Crucial Conversations


Will lead the PhiferVision committee in order to develop, coordinate and manage the PhiferVision program.  PhiferVision is a versatile communications umbrella that communicates to employees through physical and virtual meetings, intranet, internet, apps and other means. Content wise, PhiferVision serves a conduit of information for business updates, safety, wellness, healthcare, human resources policy, emergency updates for inclimate weather, etc.  
Will manage the Phifer App (Apple and Android) through creative content development, marketing and coordination.
Will lead our leadership development committee; conduct research; source training providers; conduct needs assessments; facilitate leadership development sessions.
Will serve as a key leader in Phifer CARES by providing creative content and research to develop safety action plans.
Will serve as a key member of the Phifer Wellness committee.
Will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our PhiferVision programs and recommend changes
Will look for ways to continuously improve all programs:  PhiferVision, Phifer CARES & Leadership Development
