Summer Job Program
 
The program is an 8-week hands on opportunity to introduce the children and grandchildren of Phifer employees into the workforce. It provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience to help prepare you for future roles in the workforce. To be eligible to apply you must be a child or grandchild of active Phifer Employee, must be at least 17 years old, and enrolled in high school or recent graduate, college, or a trade school. There will be various positions available within the Phifer facility. Shifts may vary. The program will run June 1 through July 31.
